In her own company, Anna has worked with recruitment, coaching, individual and group development.
Works since 2016 at Mason Executive Interim and has with great personal commitment helped its customers to sustainable and successful interim solutions.
Per-Arne Stenlund
Per-Arne has extensive experience of various operational senior positions in global listed companies such as Alfa Laval and ABB.
Has been CEO and co-owner of an entrepreneurial manufacturing company with international sales.
He has also lived and worked abroad for several years.
Per-Arne has been working at Mason Executive Interim for 12 years and has with great commitment helped his clients to solve complex interim solutions both in Sweden and internationally.
Beatrice Nordwall
Beatrice has more than 15 years of experience of Interim Management, Executive Search and Professional Services and has worked across a wide range of industries and functions.
Beatrice started her career at McKinsey & Company and has since worked at reputable companies such as EIM-Executive Interim Management and Executive Search firm Pelago. Beatrice is passionate about offering her clients and candidates a first-class experience throughout the process. Beatrice is trained in international marketing and competence-based recruitment.

Krister has 30 years of professional experience from leading HR positions in various international companies such as AstraZeneca, Sony Ericsson, EON, Vattenfall and SAAB.
In his role as head of HR, he has also been responsible for Facility Management, Shared Services and being chairman and member of different Boards.
He has worked as a leadership consultant developing leaders in both the private and public sector.
Christian Bilde
Christian has a technical background in production and logistics. Since 2001, has worked with interim positions in a number of companies in various industries.
Leadership development, recruitment and coaching are all on Christian’s palette. Christian’s strengths lie in listening and understanding the current situation in order to jointly analyze needs and help customers/organizations achieve desired results.

For many years, Torgny has worked operationally with personnel issues as well as a CEO and Chairman of the Board of listed companies. With his operational experience, he quickly helps customers identify needs and match the right candidates for the assignments.
Torgny has a Master of Laws from Stockholm University and worked in court, as a lawyer and general counsel before moving to operational managerial roles.

Our history
As early as 1992, Mason’s founder Jan Andersson began to use the term Interim Manager and Interim Management in Sweden. After ten years as an Interim Manager, Jan was missing a marketing channel for new assignments and started Mason Management AB in January 2002. With his long experience, Mason became a pioneer in many areas regarding the development of the industry, both in Sweden and internationally.
2002 – Mason was one of the first to enter the market as a supplier of Interim Executives to clients seeking temporary leaders in Sweden or internationally. The clients included small businesses as well as public and listed companies, international clients and public activities.In 2006, Mason started a partnership with the international Senior Management Worldwide (SMW), based in the Netherlands. Today, Mason together with partners delivers strategic leadership supplies with Interim Executives in Sweden and in 23 other countries.

Mason is since 2020 managed by Anna Feuk and Per-Arne Stenlund. Mason is now a partner-owned company and will continue to strengthen its positions within the Swedish international industry and within the service industry. The founder Jan Andersson leaved the operational work as CEO and entered the role of senior advisor to the management. Jan is still a board member of SMW and works with issues regarding the industry in Sweden.
With experience in the industry since 2002, the team at Mason has been a pioneer in many areas to develop the industry for Interim Management in Sweden and internationally. Mason delivers strategic leadership with interim executives in Sweden and with partners in 23 countries.
